How to Control your thoughts?

Control Your Thoughts

Have you ever wondered why the uncontrolled thoughts came to our mind everytime. We know our brain works even when we are sleeping. What if it stops. Why these thoughts are so uncontrolled.

Brain to control your thoughts

Brain is the most powerful tool in this world. It is full of energy. The movement of energy is in continuous process in the brain. This movement of energy gives rise to the creation of thoughts, controlling the activities of body, analyzing etc. Thought is an energy. It is an uncontrolled energy that strikes our mind and retrieves some of our memory of the past or even our imagination of future. This is what thought is all about. Either it will be related to past or to the future when it is uncontrolled. When we control it, it becomes a very powerful planner and analyzer for our actions in the present, which will decide our future.

Reality of Thought

Thoughts are not good or bad. Thought is just a thought. The point to note is, in which way you are using it. Using it for some creative activity is the best use of the thoughts. New thoughts are better options for new experiments. In this way thoughts are useful for us. This is the actual use of thoughts. The important thing to remember is that our thoughts (the energy of our brain) should be in our control. Only then we can make a positive use of our brain and thoughts.

Controlling our thoughts is not an easy task. We must have a very strong will power to control the thoughts. One who has his thoughts in his control, is very very successful in life. There is nothing impossible for him in materialistic and spiritual world also.

Controlling the Thoughts
To control our thoughts we must have to first observe our thoughts carefully. We just have to look upon our thoughts. Thats very simple but we have to make ourselves remember everytime that we are not the thought. We always get involved in thoughts so much that it starts making us feel like that we and the thought are one. Which is not true. We are different from the thought. We just have to see your thoughts just like we watch a movie. We don’t have to get affected by the coming thoughts. Just see it, don’t respond to it in any manner. A truth that we also know is that, how much we get involved in a thought is going to do nothing. So why to waste our energy on that. Either we should use this energy to control our thoughts and make them move in a direction to the solution of the problem. That is the secret which is useful for us all.

Now when we have seen the reality by ourself by the above mentioned process, we can use our thoughts according to our will. Now we can focus on our goal in life and use our thoughts for some creative outcome. Also we can control our brain now because thoughts are one of the main entity of our brain. Now we can easily control our unnecessary desires which are keeping us away from our goals. And we are left with only one task to do,

Achieving our Goal...

Spiritual Awakening
