Control the Anger

Spirituality on Anger

Anger is defined as one of the most harmful disquality in human which leads to a large number of problems in his life. It is also defined as the enemy of the brain. It always does the harm to the person, as well as to the person near him.

Everyone try hard to get rid of the anger or is in struggle to control it. But mostly people fails. It is very hard to control the anger. So how we can have the solution to this problem.

Root cause of anger

To control the anger you must first understand the reality of the anger. When you will find the root cause of the anger, you will definitely find a way to control it. There are always some desires in our mind. These are the desires which we have been imagined to get fulfilled from a long time. With the intensity of the desire and such a long time, this desires starts developing its roots deep in our mind. But when this desire doesn't get fulfilled this created a sense of sadness and disappointment in us, which is the cause of birth of anger in us. Also we have some expectations from others. When they act opposite to these expectations naturally we feel bad and this disappointment gives rise to anger in us.

Control the anger

To control the anger we cannot directly hit upon the anger for solution. This will not give a solution to our problem but definitely going to make it worse. To get the solution, we have to work on the root cause. That is desire and expectations. We can have desire. There is nothing wrong in having some desire. But being connected to desires so deeply, that our happiness depends on it, is not correct. Also why we have to expect anything from anyone. Expectation resides only in our mind and it only affects us. So we must have control on our expectations first to control the anger.

Giving direction to anger

Anger is not actually bad if used intelligently. Anger should be given a direction. We must set a goal in our life and put all the energy of the anger on that goal. This will boost us and make us getting closer to our goal day by day. This is how anger should be used.

Realizing the Actual stuff

Have a stable mind. Try to understand deeply what is required to get you through your goals. Work on that. Put your focus and energy on that goal. When you have a clear mind you will find that other things didn't affect you as they seems very unnecessary to you. You stop getting affected from small stuff. You didn't waste you time and energy on small stuff. You start utilizing your time and finally you become successful. Which will automatically eliminate the root cause of anger.

Live Simple and Spiritual, Think Higher!!!

Spiritual Awakening
