What is Spiritual Truth of Death

What is Spiritual Truth of Death

Truth of Death

Death is seen as the most fearful factor in human life. Also in other living beings the death is the most important factor for them to struggle. They all live their life in struggle of surviving. We all know that this is going to happen in everyone’s life, then why we are in fear of death. What is the reason of this fear. Not only this fear.

Any type of fear in our life is because of the unknowingness. When we start to understand about something, our fear about the same automatically gets reduced.

What is Death?

Death is simply when a soul leaves its body. At the same time, the soul gets the new body. This is the circle of life. So what is there to fear about. Everybody has to go through the same process. We all know this but still we are fearful.

Reason for fear of Death

If we try to understand deeply, the actual fear inside us is not of the death. But it is of loosing what we have achieved in our life time. It is of our relations with people. We are not ready to leave all this. This is our actual reason of fear. Think of someone who does not have all this, no money, no relations, no achievements. Will he also be similarly afraid of death as we are. No. These all attachments are the actual reason of our fear.

We are afraid of loosing something which is not even ours. These relations, this money, these achievements, will anything of it is going with your soul when you leave the body. Nothing is going with you at that time. So why we live our whole life for these.

Conclusion

We should live our life knowing the truth that we have to die. There is nothing to be afraid of. But our desires, our hardwork and our efforts should be according to that. Then we will not be sad at all and we will not be fearful at all. To know the reality of the life is actually to become aware. That awareness and knowledge is going to lead us towards the truth of life and make our mind stable and calm and free from all types of fears.

This is what the spirituality teaches us. Be fearless and live a life which is worth living. To have a purpose, and living and ready to sacrifice life for humanity.
