Spirituality and Science

There is a deep connection in spirituality and Science in understanding the concept of universe and reality. Though there is a huge difference in understanding of universe from the point of view of Spirituality and Science. The meaning of universe is little different from perspective of both.

Science

Science sees the universe on the level of matter. Every theory of science is material based like atom, the smallest particle. In the same way it sees human and other living beings also. It understood the basic unit of human body that is cells and in this way science have progressed in medical field. It is now capable of curing a lot of fatal diseases which are threat to human. At the time of experiment in Science, even the living beings are seen as object. So it has nothing to do with feelings.

Spiritual View

Spirituality look at the universe from a different angle. Spirituality focuses on the way of living. It deals with the understanding of the reality of universe. While the science just focus on what is universe and how it is made. Spirituality deals with the understanding of purpose of creation of universe.

Difference

In this way, we see that there is a lot of difference in perspective of both. Spirituality gives us the answers of our basic problems related to feelings, emotions, confusions etc also. Science has nothing to do with these concepts.

Science gives us the concept of the creation theory of all things. It has nothing to do with your purpose of being alive. It gives us the answers of what and how. Where as the Spirituality focuses on the concept of why. Spirituality gives us the answers related to the reason of something.

Science have a limit from its beginning to its end. Spirituality is endless. It is the knowledge which helps us to achieve God. Which is the actual purpose of birth of a soul in a human body.

So we have to take both with us throughout our journey of life, science for the material understanding and Spirituality for application of this material world in our life.
